pleasant stay with minor issues
The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The spa bath in the king room provided a nice touch for relaxation during our one-night stay.
Check-in and check-out times, while nice, could allow for an earlier check-in to enhance convenience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 13room configurationparking inconvenience
While the cleanliness was commendable, I faced a bit of a hassle with room configurations. The accessible room I booked didn't have the expected two queen beds, just two doubles, and it was a tad uncomfortable for my family, especially with tight space constraints. Also, there’s currently some paving in the parking lot causing a trek through knee-high grass to get back to the hotel—never a pleasant stroll after a long drive. An elevator might be useful since lugging bags up and down stairs isn't ideal for anyone a bit older. I would have appreciated more pillows for the post-surgery situation but didn't quite get a positive response on that.

A pleasant experience overall with a friendly staff greeting at check-in and a cozy room featuring a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast included cooked eggs, which were a nice touch. The indoor pool looked inviting but was occupied during my visit. The location is convenient for trips to nearby attractions, making it an attractive option for travelers.

Comfortable stay with welcoming atmosphere
During my one-night stay, I found the hotel to have a very inviting lobby, and I particularly appreciated the USB charging ports by the bed. The staff was attentive and made me feel right at home. My room was cozy, although it could use some updates. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I appreciated the inviting lobby and friendly staff. The accessibility features made it easier for me, especially the USB charging ports near the bed. It felt like a home away from home during my stay.
An elevator would greatly improve accessibility for seniors.

The stay was enjoyable overall, especially with the beautiful patio where we had a great time grilling out while bonding with our sports team. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit, and appreciated the spaciousness of the room itself. However, the lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, especially for someone traveling with seniors.

Not suitable for families!
The staff was very nice, which was a relief considering the chaos around. The pool was nice and warm, which was a small victory because my kids just wanted to swim.
But it wasn't cheap, let me tell you that.
